Introduction

This lesson shows you how to build a website chatbot that qualifies agency prospects, gathers contact details, and books discovery calls—all without human intervention.

Campaign Concept

Placement: Embedded widget on your AI agency website
Hook: Instant answers about AI voice agents, pricing, and setup
Goal: Qualify leads and book them into a 30-minute discovery call

Prompt Structure Overview

Role & Opening

Introduce yourself as an AI assistant for your agency and explain you can help them learn about AI voice agents.

Qualification Questions

Ask one at a time:
  • Business type - What industry are you in?
  • Lead volume - How many leads per month?
  • Current process - How do you currently handle inbound calls?
  • Timeline - When are you looking to implement?

Branching Logic

  • If they’re B2C with high lead volume → Emphasize automation savings
  • If they’re B2B → Focus on qualification and appointment booking
  • If they’re not ready → Offer resources and schedule a follow-up

Booking Flow

  • Gather name, email, and phone number
  • Run the “Find or Create Contact” module
  • Use “Book Appointment” tool to schedule discovery call
  • Confirm booking details

Example Conversation Flow

Bot: Hey there! 👋 I'm an AI assistant for [YOUR AGENCY].
I can answer questions about AI voice agents and
how they can help your business. What brings you here today?

User: I want to learn about automating my sales calls

Bot: Great choice! AI voice agents are perfect for that.
Quick question—what industry are you in?

User: I run a solar company

Bot: Perfect! Solar companies are getting amazing results
with AI agents. On average, how many new leads do
     you receive per month?

User: About 200

Bot: Nice volume! That's exactly where automation shines.
How are you currently handling follow-up calls?

User: Manually, and we're missing a lot

Bot: I hear that a lot. The good news is AI agents can
handle 100% of follow-ups automatically. Would you
like to book a quick 30-min call to see exactly how
this would work for your solar business?

User: Yes please

Bot: Awesome! I just need your name, email, and phone
     number to get you booked.

User: John Smith, [email protected], 555-0123

Bot: [runs Find or Create Contact]
Perfect John! What day works best for you?

User: Tomorrow afternoon

Bot: [runs Book Appointment]
You're all set! I've booked you for tomorrow at 2pm.
You'll get a calendar invite at [email protected].
     Looking forward to chatting!

Quick Refinements

If Response Rate is Low

  • Add an attention-grabbing opening offer
  • Reduce delay between messages
  • Make the first question easier to answer

If Qualification is Weak

  • Add more specific qualifying questions
  • Create branches for different business types
  • Update FAQs based on actual questions

If Bookings are Low

  • Offer multiple time slots immediately
  • Reduce friction (fewer questions before booking)
  • Add social proof in your responses

Testing Your Chatbot

  1. Test internally - Use the Test Agent feature to run through full conversation flows
  2. Test with colleagues - Get different perspectives on tone and clarity
  3. Monitor early conversations - Review first 10-20 chats and refine based on patterns
  4. A/B test variations - Try different opening messages and qualifying questions
